When a homeowner, in a community that has a Homeowners Association, is selling their home, they are required to disclose all of their relevant HOA documentation to the new Buyer. In fact, under Florida real estate law, a Buyer who has signed a contract to purchase a house is not obligated to complete the contract until 3 days have passed after he has received the relevant HOA documentation.
